These Terms govern your use of OrderSodNow.com and any orders you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We deliver only to postal or zip codes in our serviced zones; enter yours on the homepage to confirm we can reach you. Submitting an order doesn’t guarantee acceptance: orders are subject to product availability and our ability to deliver to your address, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

We cut your sod fresh for you, so we can’t promise a precise delivery time the way a package carrier can. You don’t need to be home, but you do need to make sure the driver has access to a clear drop spot. If you ask us to deliver and we can’t, a redelivery fee may apply. Sod is perishable and must be installed the same day of delivery. On warm days we recommend installing within 6 hours of delivery.

Order changes can be made 24 hours prior to delivery, on business days. Cancellations before the sod is cut receive a full refund; once cut, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Add-on products like fertilizer and sod stakes are delivered alongside your sod and cannot be ordered on their own. The same delivery, refund, and quality terms apply.

You are responsible for the contact information you provide. The OrderSodNow name, logo, site design, and content are protected and may not be copied or repurposed without permission. Don’t use the site to commit fraud or interfere with how it works.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by the applicable local law where your order is fulfilled.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
